Conference fee includes:
- accommodation cost and full board from 17th to 22nd of October (5 nights) in 5* Hotel Green Mountain Karpacz (https://www.green-mountain.pl/en/)

First service on arrival day(17th of October): supper. The last service on departure day(22nd of October): dinner.
Fee for accompanying person: 2500 PLN (625 EUR)
The earlier arrival and later departure is possible but it costs:
400 PLN/night (100 EUR) for single room and 300 PLN/night (75 Euro) for a bed in a double room
